Pet Stop® President John Purtell is the original founder and first president of the Invisible Fence Company back in the 1970s.

After leaving Invisible Fence in 1993, and taking a break from the industry, he joined Pet Stop in 2002, and now runs the fastest growing professional pet fence containment system in the industry.

Scott Touchton is Pet Stop®'s Chief engineer and was also the Chief engineer for Invisible Fence Company before manufacturing was taken overseas. Having crafted several patents and overseen numerous projects, Scott Touchton is an intergral part in the further development of Pet Stop's products with the use of innovative and effective designs and solutions.

Pet Stop®'s Chief Manufacturing Engineer Richard Kapolka was the Manufacturing Engineer for Invisible Fence Company before their manufacturing was taken overseas.
